We use a third-party platform called Kotini to manage your onboarding. Through this secure system, you’ll be able to sign our Terms & Conditions, complete anti-money laundering checks, and provide all the necessary information about your property.
This helps us ensure complete accuracy when bringing your home to market and allows us to present it effectively to potential buyers.
You’ll receive an email from Kotini shortly, inviting you to create an account and begin your onboarding journey with Dybles.
Katie, our Client Care Manager, will then call to introduce herself. She will run through some finer details about your property and prepare it for marketing. You’ll also discuss arrangements for carrying out viewings, and answer any questions that might pop up.
Now the fun part – we’ll create a beautiful brochure to show off your property. Our fantastic partners at Niche will shoot top quality photos of your home. They’ll be in touch with you shortly to arrange a good time to pop over and take them. A floor plan and EPC will be created at the same time if needed.
Once the photos are done, we'll put them in our system and share a link for you to review. We need your approval to ensure you're happy with how your property is represented.
Last (but certainly not least) – once you’ve approved the photos and content, we’re ready to market your property!
