SO_ Winchester Handbook is created and curated by Dybles. Our goal is simply to promote local businesses, events and charities whilst also letting local residents know what’s going on in the City. Our handbook is delivered to over 25,000 households with SO23, SO22 & SO21 postcodes - hence the SO_ title. Our first issue is being delivered right now, but if you want to get your hands on a copy you can also pop into our office on Southgate Street.
