Our founder and Managing Director, Michael Dyble, felt the industry was getting lazy, reactive, and reliant on receiving all their enquiries from third-party property portals. There became a theme in a lot of competing agents pitches when valuing a property that they would focus on highlighting the websites they advertise properties on the and the number of offices that they have in their company. However, there would be no mention on how they would actually work for the client in getting their property sold or let.
It became evident to Michael that our competitors were charging large fees to simply advertise a property on the various property portals and let the internet do the hard work for them.
That’s not the way we do it.
